Press [Alt-L] and the events for Display 1 (see Figure 4) appear in log format. The log tells you when the three existing alarms occurred, but also that an additional alarm occurred and cleared. It also reveals that the timeout error occurred while Display 1 was being scanned.

Just as you can switch between individual alarm displays and the master display, pressing the [Tab] key toggles between individual log displays (that show only the events pertaining to the selected display address) and the master log that shows events for all eight displays.
